The YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region, along with its Title Sponsor the McLaren Bay Medical Foundation is hosting its 1st (or 10th!) Annual 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 2, 2026 in beautiful Uptown Bay City. We are so thankful to the McLaren Bay Medical Foundation for giving this event to us for 2026.
By registering for this 5K, you’re helping strengthen women and families right here in our community. Your support makes it possible for us to provide life-changing programs, resources, and advocacy to those who need it most. Together, every mile becomes a step toward safety, stability, and opportunity.
Light snacks provided at the end of the race, and stick around for drawings and winner announcements and presentations.

7:30am Day- of Registration
9:00 am 5K Walk/Run Begins
Registration Fees:
Registration includes a t-shirt, finishing medal, and entry into race-day drawings.
Adult 5K :
$31 Early bird Registration (until April 1)
$36 (April 2-17)
$41 (April 18 and after, with t-shirt only if available)
